Oscar’s Chai is a liquid concentrate of tea, spices and sugar for those who prefer to add their own milk. It may be made with lactaid milk, or milk substitute for those who are lactose intolerant or have allergies to certain vegetable oils or corn products. Mix one part liquid concentrate to 4 parts milk or milk substitute. Heat or steam and froth as a latte, or serve cold over ice.
